This recipe is simple and will provide plenty of protein to fuel your muscles throughout the morning. It contains a mixture of two different types of meat, which will make it more macro-friendly. Beasts shouldn’t just eat whatever is in sight. They should eat smart for their goals.

2 oz ground turkey – 90% lean (measured raw)
2 oz ground pork sausage (measured raw)
3 large eggs
6 egg whites
¼ cup avocado, puréed
¼ cup sundried tomatoes


1. Brown your ground turkey and ground pork sausage in a skillet over a medium heat. After the meat is completely cooked, drain the extra fat from the meat. Place the meat back in the skillet.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and egg whites together. Once mixed thoroughly, pour the egg/egg white mixture into the skillet.
3. Put your sundried tomatoes in the skillet once the eggs are almost cooked.
4. Finish cooking the eggs and top with the puréed avocado.
5. Enjoy!
